Getting help with care

When everything lands on one person, caregiving shouldn't depend on carrying it all alone.

Caregiving often becomes one person's responsibility by accident. That is a coordination problem, not a personal failure.

When medications, appointments, and updates live in texts, notes, and one person's memory, the mental burden grows fast. CareNestHQ™ gives your care team one shared care space so family and trusted helpers can see the same plan and carry less together. Start free, organize what needs attention first, then invite people helping whenever you are ready.

FAQ

Common questions before coordinating care

What if I'm the only person helping?

You can start alone. Many caregivers begin by organizing medications, appointments, and updates for themselves first. When others are ready to help, you can invite them to the same care space without starting over.

What if family members don't participate?

That is more common than people admit. A shared care space still gives you one calm place to hold the plan, even when participation is uneven. When siblings or other helpers are ready, they can see what needs attention without you explaining everything again.

Can friends or paid caregivers join?

Yes. CareNestHQ is for the people who show up. Friends, neighbors, paid caregivers, care managers, and other trusted helpers can all be invited to the same private care space.

Can I start alone?

Yes. You do not need anyone else on board to create a care space, add medications and appointments, and begin organizing. Invitations can wait until you are ready.

Is my information private?

Yes. Care spaces are private and invitation-only by default. Only people you invite can see what is inside, and you control who participates. CareNestHQ does not sell personal information. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Can I use CareNestHQ today?

Yes. Family plans are available now. Start free with one care space, then upgrade to Family when your care team grows.

Do I need to join a waitlist?

No. You can create your family care space immediately. Family Plus uses an interest list while founder access rolls out.

Will pricing change?

Current pricing is listed above and may evolve as features expand. We will communicate changes before they affect existing subscribers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If you choose a paid plan, you can cancel when you no longer need it. The free plan remains available with no credit card required.

Is CareNestHQ free?

Yes. CareNestHQ will always offer a free plan with one Care Space and core coordination tools at no cost. Paid plans add support for larger care networks, more shared history, and additional care spaces.

What is a Care Space?

A Care Space is one private hub for one person receiving care. It holds medications, appointments, documents, emergency information, tasks, updates, and the people you invite to help.

Can I manage care for more than one person?

The free plan includes one Care Space today. Family supports one care space with a larger care team. Family Plus supports two Care Spaces with quick switching between them.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan does not require a credit card.

Does CareNestHQ sell my data?

No. CareNestHQ does not sell personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Is CareNestHQ a healthcare provider?

No. CareNestHQ is not a healthcare provider, medical provider, legal advisor, or emergency service. It helps caregivers organize and coordinate care information. Call 911 for emergencies.

What is included in document storage?

Document storage holds caregiving files you upload to a Care Space, such as discharge summaries, insurance cards, and medication lists. Limits vary by plan and are listed in each plan's details.

Will there be a professional caregiver plan?

A professional caregiver plan is planned for a separate landing page later. This page focuses on people coordinating care for someone they love.
