Frequently asked questions
I didn't receive my email.
Check spam, promotions, and filters for messages from CareNestHQ / notifications.carenesthq.com. Confirm you typed the correct organizer email. You can also retry sending a magic link from the manage auth flow if available.
My volunteer can't claim a meal.
Ask them to reload the page and confirm the date still shows as open. If the meal was just claimed by someone else, choose another date. If the page is private/paused, the organizer may need to adjust access settings.
The page won't load.
Try a private/incognito window, another browser, or a stable network. Confirm you're using the full link. If the issue continues, contact support with the approximate time and device.
The QR code doesn't work.
Ensure the QR encodes your current public page URL. Reprint or re-download from the dashboard if the campaign link changed. Test the link in a phone browser.
I accidentally deleted something.
Check the organizer dashboard for edit controls and meal slots. If something can't be restored in-product, contact support promptly with the page link and what changed.
