How CareNestHQ uses AI
CareNestHQ™ may introduce AI-assisted features to help family caregivers and care teams work with information more efficiently. Possible uses include:
- Summarizing caregiving information you choose to store or upload
- Helping organize records, appointments, and care notes
- Identifying patterns or trends in information you provide
- Improving caregiver workflows and product experiences
Not all AI features are available today. When we launch them, we will describe what each feature does in the product and update this page as needed.
This disclosure reflects how CareNestHQ may use AI features. It is not legal advice.
AI does not replace caregivers or clinicians
CareNestHQ™ AI features, if enabled, are designed to support coordination — not to replace human judgment. Specifically:
- AI does not replace caregivers. Families and care teams remain responsible for care decisions.
- AI does not provide medical advice. Outputs are not diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical recommendations.
- AI does not make healthcare decisions. You should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical questions.

Accuracy limitations
AI systems can produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect outputs. Automated summaries or suggestions may miss important context.
You remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it for caregiving, scheduling, medication management, or communication with healthcare providers.
Privacy and AI processing
We do not sell your personal information. When AI features process user content, they will follow the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, including limitations on sharing with service providers.
If we use third-party AI providers in the future, we will describe those relationships in our privacy materials and update subprocessors as appropriate.
